ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders will be processed within our company on the same day, when your order is placed by 5 P.M. (PST), Monday through Friday. We make every attempt to have orders originating from our location ready to ship within 24 business hours after receipt of your order.
Some of our items ship directly to you from the manufacturer or distributor. Because of this, they may take up to 72 hours to process your order and ship from their facility.
Expedited orders will typically be ready to ship on the next business day after an order is placed.
Personalized dog bowls, treat jars, placemats, and special order collars and leashes are custom made to order which takes additional processing time. Please see information on the specific product page for more information.
We do our best to keep track of the inventory we have available. You will be notified as soon as possible whether an item you purchased is out of stock. We will process all other available items on your order as soon as possible. Out of stock items will be shipped as they become available, unless you notify us to delete the item from your order at support@RuffAroundTheHeges.com. You will only be charged for items as they are shipped.
Tracking Your Order:
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. As items are shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information, and tracking numbers when available.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping. If you need delivery via 2-Day or Overnight service, please notify us on the checkout Comments field, or send a email to: support@RuffAroundTheHeges.com.
We will confirm if your item is available for expedited shipping and notify you of the additional shipping cost prior to processing your order.
Standard - Ground Shipping normally takes 2-5 workdays depending on your location and if sent via USPS or UPS.

- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than noted above.
- We ship via UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service. Not all methods are available for all items.
- Your order may arrive in several shipments since they may originate from separate locations.
- Shipping time does not include order processing time.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, unless sent via USPS.
- Deliveries are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products such as dog crates and oversized or bulky items may have a shipping surcharge. Please see the product description for additional information.
- Delivery to locations outside of the United States is not available at this time.
