ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders will be processed within our company on the same day, when your order is placed by 5 P.M. (PST), Monday through Friday. We make every attempt to have orders originating from our location ready to ship within 24 business hours after receipt of your order.
Many of our items ship directly to you from the manufacturer or distributor. Because of this, the supplier may take up to 72 hours to process your order and be ready to ship from their facility.
Expedited orders will typically be ready to ship on the next business day after the order is placed.
Personalized dog bowls and placemats, and special order collars and leashes will take additional processing time. Please see information on the specific product page for more information. We do our best to keep track of the products we have available.
You will be notified as soon as possible whether any of the items you purchased are out of stock. We will process all other available items on your order as soon as possible. Out of stock items will be shipped as they become available, unless you notify us to delete the item from your order at support@RuffAroundTheHeges.com. You will only be charged for items as they are shipped.
Tracking Your Order:
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. As items are shipped, we will send you an email detailing the shipping information and tracking numbers when available.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
After your order is processed and is ready to ship, Ruff Around The Hedges offers three shipping options to best meet your needs:
Standard - Ground Shipping normally takes 3-5 workdays depending on your location.
2-Day Service - Delivery by the end of the second business day after being shipped.
Next Day Service - Delivery by the end of the next business day after your order is shipped.

Notes:
- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than noted above.
- We ship via UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service. Not all methods are available for all items.
- Your order may arrive in several shipments since they may originate from our location, direct from the manufacturer, or from the authorized distributor.
- Shipping time does not include order processing time.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, unless sent via USPS.
- Deliveries are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products such as dog food and oversized or bulky items may have a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges on select items will be collected as noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping cart.
- Delivery to locations outside of the United States is not available at this time.
